Okutech Sdn. Bhd. was established in May 1999 based primarily on the concept of finding affordable solutions for boiler related problems that is affecting the industry particularly in the Palm Oil & Wood Industry.

Okuma solid waste fired boilers comes into two design, either a fully water tube boiler (Bi-Drum Boiler) or a combination of a water tube furnace and a fire tube convection pass (A Combi Boiler).

• Okuma combination water/fire tube (A Combi Boiler) design can range from
  10,000 kg/h up to 30,000 kg/h with a maximum operating pressure of 25
  barg.
  
• Okuma fully water tube (Bi-Drum Boiler) design range is from 5,000 kg/h up
  to 300,000 kg/h with a maximum operating pressure of 90 barg.
  

Our boilers are specially adapted for the palm oil and wood industry but it can also be used for other industry having solid wastes.

Our design is a proven solution for the common problems that is affecting these industries such as spewing of black smoke, excessive pressure drop, wet steam, manual de-ashing and longer down time. These systems are designed to cope up easily with sudden steam demand, and less sensitive to the quality of water being supplied.

Our well designed combustion room is provided with various fuel feeding and burning systems and are coupled with the appropriate combustion controls, resulting in a good and smooth combustion which suits almost every clients'
specific fuel requirements.

Okutech is the agent in Southeast Asia of Heatex Engineering and Maxtherm Boilers from India that manufactures a wide range of Thermal Oil Heaters
catered for the burning of Solid Fuels. 

Heatex Engineering designs and manufactures heater coils according to DIN-4754 and UNE-9-310-76 with Quality Control governed by the ASME and A.D. MERKBLATT codes. Their units can range up to 12 Gcal/h with a maximum temperature of 300°C. 

Heatex Engineering supplies the heater coil while Okutech designs and package the rest of the Thermal Oil Heater System to maximize the local components inclusive of automatic controls.

Okutech is the agent in Southeast Asia of Maxtherm Boilers and SAZ Boilers from India that manufactures a full range of Oil and Gas fired packaged boilers and thermal oil heaters.

• Hot water boilers commonly used in hotels and hospitals, ranging from 31 to
  10002 kW with a working temperature of up to 179°C.
  
• Steam boilers for the general industry ranging from 93 to 13850 kW with a
  working pressure of up to 16.6 barg.
  
• Thermal oil heaters for high temperature applications ranging from 116 to
  5815 kW with a working temperature of up to 300°C.
  

Okutech, with its experienced key personnel, has the capability to design, build and service co-generation power plants as well as complete energy plants. 

Our revolutionary Okuma solid waste fired boiler can be coupled to variety of steam turbine generators to form ideal and economical energy plants for palm oil and timber industries.

Okutech is the sole agent in Malaysia for Sussman electric boilers from USA, manufacturer of a wide range of electrical boilers under ASME standard. Their units range from 3 kWe up to 1800 kWe.
